At SFS,we are thriving to provide you guys with the best of thrift finds so that we all can choose a better alternative.

To ensure transparency we have an easy Refund  &  Exchange policy.

We kindly request you to review this policy thoroughly before making a purchase.

 *Final sale Policy 
All sales are final.We don’t offer refunds or cancellations.once an order is placed on our website,it cannot be cancelled.Therefore,we strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

*Reponse Time
All orders related issues will be addressed within 24 hours.

Since,ours is a thrift store so few pieces will have minor defects which will be mentioned  prior to purchase and displayed with pictures.

*Sizing Issue 
Accurate sizing in inches will be mentioned for each items so we won’t entertain exchanges/refunds on sizing issue.

We shall do refunds/returns only if  there is an error from our end so we shall thoroughly recheck the dispute raised from your end.

Please note- we deal in thrifted goods only which in general is categorised into secondhand or surplus goods although we plan to curate brand new thrifted items only but at the end of day we’re a human too so there might be a slight human error sometimes from our end in that case please be kind and cooperate with further process.
